Progress so far

I'm beginning to feel a bit left behind, all these finished gloves and nearly finished ones. This is the progress of mine so far. I love the pattern (and oh so clearly explained) and I love the yarn - Posh Yarn's 'Emily' and I even love untwisting it after every round, watching my knitting whizzing round in circles getting dizzy. But I really don't like knitting with dpns, they keep getting in the way. But I'll just have to suffer I suppose, because my word, I love my glove!

I love your colors--green has always been my favorite! I've been using 2 circulars using the same technique used for circular needle socks. You might check it out. I'll post the name of the lady that wrote "Socks Soar on Two Needles" (my mind isn't bringing it to me at the moment) It's a great book!

I am not normally a green person, but this is beautiful. I want to do them in every color to match whatever i may have on. I know my friends think I am a little touched too. I cant wait to see all 59 pair, what a book Karen will have. Almost done with my second glove.

I really like the colours - great contrast! The book that shamrockknits mentions is by Cat Bordhi. Great book and may be of help if you really don't like using 4 needles.

They are truly lovely! It looks as though your knitting is just perfect - with wonderful balance between the tension of both colors. Whatever you are doing is producing lovely gloves!

I am a DPNS's fan, but if it really is not to your likeing, perhaps you can give 2 circular needles a try.

We will all be looking forward to winter, so we can wear our lovely creations!!

There are lots of places on the net that describe how to use one or two circs for knitting small things.
I love the way the blue is peeking through in places on your glove- lovely colours (I'm a green FAN!)

Many thanks for all the kind comments and help. Will probably try circs for the second glove.
